Holiday on Campus

Holiday on Campus is an annual event designed for the children of LSU staff and faculty. Families can enjoy arts and crafts, games, free food, photos with Santa and Mrs. Claus, and more. Admission is free, but we encourage guests to bring a non-perishable food item for the LSU Food Pantry and/or a new unwrapped toy for donation to Toys for Tots and/or diapers for the Junior League of Baton Rouge Diaper Bank.

Volunteers Needed

Holiday on Campus is one of LSU’s most joyful traditions, and we need your help to make this year’s celebration unforgettable! Volunteers play a vital role in creating a magical experience for the children and families of LSU—helping with crafts, games, photos with Santa and Mrs. Claus, and more. It’s a fun, festive way to give back to our community while spreading holiday cheer. If you’re looking for a meaningful way to serve this season, we’d love to have you join us. Your time and energy help make this free event possible for LSU families.

We request that all volunteer and table registration forms be submitted no later than Friday, November 21, 2025, at 11:59 p.m.
