The LSU E. J. Ourso College of Business is proud to announce the induction of three distinguished alumni into its prestigious Hall of Distinction and to recognize one exceptional graduate with the 2025 Outstanding Young Alum Award.
The Louisiana Economy Forecasting Model, maintained by the Department of Economics, provides economic forecasts for Louisiana and the state’s nine metropolitan areas for the current quarter and three quarters ahead. The forecasts for the third quarter of 2025 through the second quarter of 2026 suggest continuing slow growth in state economic activity and no employment growth.
