Josh's Headshot

I do this work because it gives me the chance to bring imagination to life and that is my favorite thing to do. Whether I am building programs, creating systems, or working alongside future leaders, I am always thinking big and well beyond the edges of the box. I am motivated by learning and sharing what I know with others. I love people, all people, and I want everyone I work with to feel comfortable in who they are and confident in what they stand for.

In my role, I get to bring together creativity, passion, and purpose to serve others. Whether it is supporting student development, ensuring safe and welcoming recreation spaces, or using my skills to help a team thrive, this work allows me to provide, uplift, and make a real impact. That is what drives me every day.

Words to Live By

The best advice I ever received is something my father figure always says: “keep living.” That simple phrase taught me that if you stay in motion, life has a way of bringing clarity. He told me this often when I was a kid with the biggest imagination in the world, and it shaped how I see things today. I believe that when you keep going, you give your imagination space to breathe and create, and that creativity is what often helps you make sense of the world. Those ideas guide how I lead, learn, and live every day.
