ITS Computer Store
About
Owned and operated by Louisiana State University, the ITS Computer Store is a new resource available to all LSU departments. Utilizing the purchase power and technical expertise of Information Technology Services, staff will provide the best solution for each department at a competitive price point. The Computer Store is located in 101 Fred C. Frey Computing Services Building.
If there are specific computer configurations needed, ITS staff will work to create
a custom quote for the department.
Once processed, orders can be scheduled for pickup at the Frey Loading Dock, on the
backside of Frey between Frey and Knapp Hall.

Benefits
All equipment is inspected and tested. Every item is given an asset tag and inventoried with Property Management as per established processes and procedures of Property Management.
All computers can be pre-imaged, on request, utilizing the base images or departmental images on our PXE servers.
Warranty Repair Center
LSU owned computer equipment and peripherals still under warranty can be brought to the ITS Computer Store to be repaired. The repair staff will go through the manufacturer’s warranty support process and find the best solution for repair or replacement.
Warranty Repair Service Request
Returns/Refunds
Most items can be returned for a full refund for up to 10 days after pickup if it
is undamaged and has all the original packaging with it.
Past that timeframe, the ITS Computer Store can help with warranty returns and repairs
if needed.
In-ear headsets can only be returned if the box is unopened.

Delivery Service
The ITS Computer Store offers a delivery service Tuesdays – Thursdays, between 9:00am - 11:30am and 1:00pm - 3:00pm to buildings around the main LSUAM campus, weather permitting.
