College Studying Track

The College Studying Workshop Track focuses on core academic success strategies to help you adapt your study habits to various learning environments. Each session provides practical tools to support comprehension, retention, and effective communication by understanding how to implement the steps of the Study Cycle into your routine, how to take notes efficiently both in and out of class, how to engage in deeper learning techniques, and how to professionally communicate with professors to ensure you get the most out of your notes, class time, and study sessions.

This presentation introduces the Study Cycle as a structured approach to managing in-class and out-of-class study time. You will learn the purpose of each step and how consistent implementation can support academic success over time.
