LSU alumna Monique Morrison optioned both the LSU book rights and the story rights related to a death penalty case researched by Professor of Research Cecile Guin, former director of the LSU Social Research and Evaluation Center, in the late ’90s. Her book comes out April 16 with Bloomsbury.
