Distinguished Alumnus Awards
The Distinguished Alumnus Award is a means to recognize alumni of the Louisiana State University School of Veterinary Medicine for outstanding professional and personal achievements. The awards consist of individual plaques, the placement of each honoree’s name on a group plaque in the School of Veterinary Medicine, and a recognition ceremony at the Louisiana Veterinary Medical Association (LVMA) winter alumni reception.
NEW IN 2022: In addition to recognizing our DVM alumni, and in recognition of the valuable contributions to One Health made by our MS and PhD graduates, we are creating an additional Distinguished Alumnus Award for our MS and PhD alumni.
