Note from Claudio Ribeiro:
I’m deeply motivated by music, and this time I’ve allowed my passion for it to meet my love for dance—resulting in two completely different works.
The "sarabande" is a rite of passage, a journey through life’s obstacles symbolized by door frames—each one a challenge to overcome.
The "violin partita" represents a happy place, a celebration of joy and achievement, where you can be your truest, most joyful self.
I believe dance is for everyone, and that those who dance live happier lives.
This is the best cast I could have asked for in my final semester at LSU: committed, talented, respectful, and beautifully unique. Your love for dance inspired me and made me a better teacher. Together, we are discovering the beauty of this incredible art form.
