Aubrey Snowden
Aubrey Snowden (Director) LSU Theatre Mainstage debut. Recent credits include Little Women (Virginia Theater Festival); Constellations, Betrayal (The Wilbury Group); Antigone, Beast on the Moon, (PlayMakers Rep-Ground Floor). She has worked with award winning companies/artists such as PlayMakers Rep, Bedlam, Trinity Rep, The Lobbyists, Jaqueline Lawton and Leigh Fondakowski. She is on the faculty at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill where she directs for the undergraduate and graduate MFA program. Aubreysnowden.com
Sarah Statham
Sarah Statham (Stage Manager) is a senior theatre: design and technology major and a history minor. Previous production credits include LSU school of theatre’s Rachel, Swine Palace’s ROE, Sweat, LSU lab series’ The Goat, LSU’s Dream Logos performed at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, MTC’s Little Shop of Horrors and The Shawshank Redemption with 225 Theatre Collective. Sarah also has experience as a props designer on productions including LSU lab series’ Dead City, Belleville, and Wolf Play. This is her final show as an undergrad at LSU!
Apollo Mark Weaver
Apollo Mark Weaver (Scenic Designer) teaches scenic design at LSU and has worked in the professional theatre world for more than two decades. His designs have appeared nationally on stages including Geva Theatre Center, Arizona Theatre Company, Merrimack Repertory Theatre, and Utah Shakespeare Festival. He has also designed sets for many local companies in Philadelphia, Chicago, and upstate New York, including InterAct, Azuka Theatre, the Mercury Theatre, and Inis Nua Theatre Company. He has served as charge scenic artist for many companies and projects around the country and been a muralist for the Strong National Museum of Playx. He holds an MFA from Temple University and has also taught at Juniata College, Utah Valley University, and Arizona State University.
Kyla Kazuschyk
Kyla Kazuschyk (Costume Designer) holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theatre from the University of Central Florida and a Master of Fine Arts degree in Costume Technology from Ohio University. She has worked at the Santa Fe Opera, the Washington National Opera, the Florida Grand Opera, the Colorado Shakespeare Festival, and the Texas Shakespeare Festival. Before coming to LSU, she spent seven years teaching and serving as the Costume Workroom Supervisor at the University of Central Florida. Recently, she has been building uniforms for the dance teams of professional basketball teams the Orlando Magic and the Detroit Pistons. Her book Creating Costumes for Devised Theatre was recently published through Routledge Press.
Haley Hughes
Haley Hughes (Sound Designer) is a senior Theater (design and technology) major. Previous credits include Swine Palace’s Book of Will, Swine Palace’s Craters, LSU Mainstage’s At the Wedding, LSU Lab Season’s Belleville, and LSU Lab Season’s Antigone: Presented by the Girls of St. Catherine’s.
Gabby Montagnino
Gabby Montagnino (Lighting Designer) is a senior (Design and Tech) major and Dance minor at LSU. Past lighting credits include Dead City and Roe (Assistant Light Designer). A few of her past stage credits include Romeo and Juliet (Peter) and Thoroughly Modern Millie (Ensemble) with Theatre Baton Rouge, Club Cabaret with Manship Theatre, and She Kills Monsters (Evil Gabbi) with BRMHS. She is very blessed to be designing her first LSU MainStage show!
John Eddy
John Eddy (Props Designer) is the Props Designer/Mentor for the LSU School of Theatre; he completed his undergraduate work at the University of Arizona and holds an MFA in Theater Production and Design from Temple University in Philadelphia. In addition to his prop work and scenic designs, he serves on the Board of Directors for Playmakers of Baton Rouge; Playmakers is a children’s educational theatre group who is proud to call the LSU Reilly Theater their home. www.johhmeddy.com
Dr. Ayshia
Dr. Ayshia (Intimacy Coordinator) is an intimacy choreographer, actor, activist, dancer, poet and award-winning writer from Brooklyn, NY. With an MFA from CalArts and a PhD from UMass Amherst, she uses theatre and performance to investigate pleasure, sexuality, and human rights. Her critical and creative work appears in Routledge, Black Camera, Qualitative Inquiry, Boston University Press, International Review of Qualitative Research, Theatre Topics, Howlround and Research in Drama Education. Dr. Ayshia has intimacy directed and led workshops for productions at The Huntington, Fresh Ink Theatre, Jewel Box Theatre in NYC, Arts at the Armory (Somerville), LSU, Northeastern, Company One Theatre, Stage Source and the DC Black Theatre & Arts Festival. She is an Assistant Professor of Women’s Studies and Art & Performance Studies at Xavier University of Louisiana. Dr. Ayshia also hosts a Youtube channel and is the Founder/CEO of AfroGoddess Theatre & TV.
Nick Erickson
Nick Erickson (Fight Choreographer) received his M.F.A. in Acting at Cal-Arts. He has performed at such places as Swine Palace, Intiman Theatre, Empty Space Theatre, Colorado Shakespeare Festival and the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. He has acted in several movies including College, A Perfect Day, The Staircase Murders and Mahjong. He also was a guest star on the Fox television series K-Ville. He was a founding member of Diavolo Dance Theatre and for seven years co-choreographed and performed in almost all of the company’s pieces on three national tours and abroad. Since 2008, he has produced and directed an LSU student production to tour to the Edinburgh Festival Fringe every other year as an Academic Program Abroad. He is the resident Fight Choreographer for all Swine Palace and LSU Theatre productions.
Jacob LeBlanc
Jacob LeBlanc (Vocal Coach) was born and raised in Louisiana, obtaining a Bachelor’s degree in Theatre Performance from Louisiana State University before moving to Richmond, Virignia.They have recently graduated from VCU with a Master of Fine Arts in Performance/Pedagogy. Jacob has also trained with the William Esper Studio of Acting and SITI company. They have taught at the university level, performed in professional productions as an actor, and have served as a vocal coach for professional and academic productions. They are thrilled to serve their alma mater as a vocal coach for this production.
Ethan Hood
Ethan Hood (Assistant Director) is a sophomore, double majoring in Film & Television and Theatre Tech & Design. He was an Assistant Stage Manager for Swine Palace’s Roe, other theater credits include the LSU Lab Season’s Dead City and Belleville, as well as credits in the LSU Geaux Films Rush, The Grey Area, There’s Something Wrong in Sugarland, and The Dream List.
Kylee Broomfield
Kylee Broomfield (Assistant Stage Manager) born and raised in the Southern Suburbs of Chicago, is an up-and-coming shooting star from the Midwest. Kylee is pursuing her undergraduate degree in theater under the Presidential Scholarship awarded by Louisiana State University. She has been involved as Assistant Stage Manager for LSU’s fall production of ROE. Kylee is undoubtedly destined for greatness in her future endeavors with her down-to-earth and charismatic personality and impressive resume.
Ansel Wilder
Ansel Wilder (Tom) is a Senior Theatre (Performance) major and a member of the Ogden Honors College. Previously, he has appeared in the LSU Swine Palace’s production of The Book of Will, as well as the LSU Lab Season productions of Antigone: Presented By the Girl’s of St. Catherine’s, To Stand in The Water, and The Goat, Or Who is Sylvia?. He has been a member of the LSU Improv Club since 2021, currently serving as the Member at Large. He would like to thank the cast and crew, his family, and his partner, Shakira.
Hailey Wendelstedt
Hailey Wendelstedt (Helga) is a Junior Theatre (performance) Major. Previous credits include LSUs lab theatre production of Antigone, Presented by the girls of St Catherines. She is an active member of Pi Beta Phi and LSU's physical theatre club. She also serves on the executive board of the women's non-profit Level Ump that works to get women involved in professional Umpiring.
Makaylee Secrest
Makaylee Secrest (Nancy) is a senior Theatre (performance) major and Psychology minor. Previous credits at LSU include Anon(ymous), Other Desert Cities, and Five Lesbians Eating a Quiche. Other performance credits include Swine Palace’s Craters and Theatre Baton Rouge’s The Crucible, Our Town, Doubt, Murder on the Orient Express, and She Kills Monsters. She would like to thank the cast and crew of Marburg for making her final project at LSU such a memorable and joyous experience.
Marie Pinque
Marie Pinque (Claire) is a junior Theatre (Performance) major. Previous credits include LSU Theatre’s At the Wedding and Dead City, as well as Richard III, Brilliant Traces, Within Required Parameters, and Beauty and the Beast at FUS. Thank you to all who made this production possible and a wonderful experience!
Ricardo Mendoza
Ricardo Mendoza (Walter) is a native Puerto Rican pursuing a degree in theatre here in Louisiana State University. This marks Ricardo's fourth time on the LSU stage. Previous credits include the Lab season show All I Really Needed to Know I really Learned in Kindergarten, MTC's Disney Cabaret and MTC's The Nightmare Before Christmas The Fan Musical. He also recently appeared in Theatre Baton Rouge's production of The Laramie Project.
Teiron Motley
Teiron Motley (Gabriel) is a sophomore Film and Television major. His previous credits include Swine Palace's Rachel, LSU School of Theater's The Dream List and The Grey Area.
Zoe Wyman
Zoe Wyman (Acanit) is a senior Theatre (performance) major with a minor in Business. A previous credit of hers includes LSU Theatre's mainstage Rachel. She will also be a part of and helped spearhead the first undergraduate showcase here at LSU this spring!
Killian McCaleb
Killian McCaleb (Dundy) is a senior Theatre Performance major. Previous credits include Lab Show Wolf Play, Geaux Film Rush and is currently working on an industry showcase for the school of theatre.
Eric Rhode
Eric Rhode (Buck) is a sophomore Theatre (Performance) major. His previous credits include LSU Lab Season’s The Goat or, Who is Sylvia?, LSU Geaux Film’s The Grey Area, and understudied in LSU Theatre Mainstage’s At The Wedding. He also will be the member at large for Improv LSU’s next year.
